As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with National Board Certification (NCC, NCSC), I bring both clinical expertise and real-world understanding to my work with clients of all ages. As a mom of three boys and a former teacher and school counselor, I have extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and families through emotional, behavioral, academic, and developmental challenges. I provide Child Therapy Services that are focused on healing through Play Therapy, having received training in this effective approach (Ed.S). My specialty lies in developmentally appropriate, child-centered interventions that allow children to express emotions, build coping skills, and strengthen communication in a safe and supportive environment. Additionally, I collaborate with parents and caregivers to promote growth across home, school, and community settings, emphasizing the importance of Purpose in Play Counseling.
